Acceptable use

By using anica.jp, you agree to use it lawfully and not abuse, attack, overload, scrape excessively, or otherwise ruin the fun for everyone else.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and anything done through it. If community features, including but not limited to posts, comments, reviews, and profile bios, become available, use them respectfully and be a decent human being—the bar is mercifully low. Good-faith humor is fine when clearly playful, but not when used to harass, threaten, or deliberately attack others. anica.jp may restrict or remove accounts that misuse the service.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on anica.jp. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit to anica.jp. By submitting content, you grant anica.jp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to host, use, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it. anica.jp may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

Third-party services

anica.jp may link to or connect with third-party services such as, but not limited to, Google, Discord, Patreon, MyAnimeList, and AniList. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

anica.jp is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and integrations may change or stop working.

The service

Anime information may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, or spectacularly wrong. anica.jp may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, anica.jp is not responsible for losses resulting from your use of the service.

Third-party content

Anime titles, artwork, trademarks, and third-party data belong to their respective owners. anica.jp does not claim ownership of them.
